Seeing my first episode of Extreme couponing and I was hooked. I brought all the trappings. The binder, baseball sleeves to keep my coupons in. Tracking sales (or at least trying to). Joining blogs, reward cards and just about anything to stretch a dollar. I also have been tracking how much I am saving. I mean right down to the paper and ink I use to print out my coupons. I must be doing something wrong.
I have always lived frugal. The majority of my frugal was a necessity.
I must admit that I feel very foolish. I have not been living up to my full potential in the savings department. I have recently made some changes to how I coupon and redesigning my coupon folder. I still send out to coupons to family and friends, but I don't always cut out very coupon any more. I only send out the expired coupons every three months, instead of once a month. Since the company's have changed the game, I need to change as well.
With the price of food up by as much as 15% and the face value of the coupon going down, I am having second thoughts. With all my other projects, I was
