I did pretty well today. My only real low spot was that I caved in and had some popcorn tonight. (And I don't do popcorn without butter.) But even there, I used about 1/2 the butter I would normally use, and I didn't sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the bowl, so it was Popcorn-Lite.
Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal with rice milk. I didn't really eat lunch, but did eat two granola bars while I was at the office. Drank 6 glasses of water to wash them down, and I drank 2 more glasses ...
