I did pretty well today. I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill, did my sit-ups, my push-ups, and my free weights. I also drank closer to 10 glasses of water today, as I drank 4 before leaving for work, sipped on water all day AT work, then drank another 2-3 glasses when I got home.
I had oatmeal and a carrot for breakfast. Two cups of coffee. Lunch was 3/4 of an apple, a granola bar, a banana, and a baked sweet potato. Dinner was sushi. It was supposed to be salad, but ...
