Not the best day. I'm kind of all over the place, diet-wise. I did get all my exercises in, but I can't seem to get my act together otherwise.
Water - hardly any. Maybe 2 glasses.
Diet - 2 cups of coffee, 3 or 4 dehydrated squash chips, a large bowl of unbuttered popcorn, and approx 2 chocolate soy milk/banana smoothies.
In part, I blame the muscle relaxant. It also appears to be relaxing my brain, because I've been forgetting things and I'm not tracking ...
