Negative Split

Today's run was much better than last week. I ran 3 miles in 33'13". The weather was beautiful but pretty windy. I ran south along the lakefront and man, that path was packed! Everyone had the same idea....
I ran a negative split (barely). I finished the first 1.5 miles in 17 min. and the second 1.5 miles in 16'13". It definitely made me work a little bit harder than I would have.
My legs were exhausted again from yesterday's muscle conditioning class and today's ballet-inspired class. I might need to consider running on Wednesday's to give my legs a break.
