After 21 days, I think my bento making is officially part of my flylady routines :)

4 crackers
1 oz lowfat cheddar flowers
1.5 oz trail mix
3 oz grapes
1.5 oz baby carrots
1 oz sugar snap peas
4 teaspoons kraft free ranch (split between 2 containers)

436 calories, 18g fat, 57g carbs, 16g protein
