Default Quick and Easy Pizza Dough

Beat egg, sugar and salt well. Heat shortening, milk
and water to lukewarm, then add yeast. Add milk
mixture to sugar mixture. Add flour until not sticky.
Put on greased pizza pans. Enough dough for two
    pizzas.

Thanks...I am always on the lookout for a good pizza dough recipe. I am going to try this soon (maybe even tonight if I have the cheese on hand).

made awesome dough.. i used a large rectangular tray and it was too much dough (it puffed up a lot).. didn't even prebake it, which was awesome. next time I will take 1/3 of it and make bread sticks.
