Super simple homemade rolls
~Mix dry ingredients together, then add mayo, milk, and melted butter.
~Mix together until well blended.
~Pour into prepared muffin tin - approx. 1/2 - 2/3 full.
~Cook for 12- 15 minutes.
~Brush tops with extra melted butter.
**OPTIONAL** - can add 1/2 -3/4 cup shredded cheese to batter before baking.Wife to DH
~ 15 years 
Mom to DD ~ 14 yrs old
Mom to DS ~ 24 yrs old
Fur mom to Nikko - Rottweiler,
Maxx - German Shepherd-(my avatar pic),
and Reno - Husky/Chow mix.

Rebecca the SR stands for Self Rising.
I made these tonight for supper. They turned out very good. The texture was like biscuits. The outside was smooth like a roll would be. I guess the mayo is what made the smooth texture on the outside of the roll.

1 cup of self rising flour = 1 cup all purpose flour AND
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powderAli
