cut corned beef up

Ingredients:

can of corned beef
potatoes
butter

Serves:

feeds 2 hearty

Directions:

cut potatoes up small. put in a non stick frying pan with a tight fitting lid. add a big glop of butter or ghee. fry/steam with lid on until tender and done.

add can of corned beef to the potatoes, brown in uncovered skillet until browned.
