Congratulations!

Teaching kids to read is a challenge, even if they aren't behind schedule. You can teach them sounds but it's so hard to teach them to put it all together. It was always a huge leap for my kids to go from cuh-a-tuh to cat. And it's so great to see so much of their homeschooling go on autopilot after they can read on their own. My almost 7 year old can walk herself through most of her subjects now which is just heavenly.
