I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but we've recently had our 15 yo son evaluated and there are some strong indicators that he might have ADD. I know that we need to continue to work with him on his organization, study skills, etc, but are finally considering the use of medication, too. This is a big step and scary, too. I'm wondering what experience everyone here has had with ADD and medications used. I'd appreciate all of you moms advice.

You posted in the right forum. I don't have any experience with children with ADD/ADHD, but if you check out this thread, I've posted a number of links for ADD/ADHD. Some of them have a ton of information that you might find very helpful.
