    Default Just saying hello.........

    I was just wondering how many Moms of special needs kids are on this board? My oldest DD was born with multiple birth defects, including a congenital heart defect, and a anorectal malformation.

    Amanda is doing wonderfully, thank you know who! Perhaps we can share ideas, and thoughts about our lives. Just basically be there for each other.

    I just came here to start this thread and you had started it. Great job.

    I'm a mom of 3 special needs kids. Ds who is 14 and autistic, ds who is 12 and has Down syndrome and dd who is 12 and microcephalic. I also have a grandson who has Down syndrome.

    I agree, lets start some thread to encourage each other, share our lives and support each other through the successes and trials of being parents of special needs children.

    i don't know how i stumbled into this section but i just have to say i love it. and i am glad to see that we can discuss this here. i have no one to talk to about this stuff. Do you ever get embarrased by the way your children are. My exhusband was constantly blaming everything with my son was my fault. so i guess i just wanted to feel normal. THANKS to all of you for making me feel like i am not alone and that i can share. your so wonderful
