    Default Camping this weekend

    I am so excited! Connecticut has a program that is called "Great
    Parks Pursuit" This is the fourth year the state has done it but this was the first year that I did it. Basically you go to a different state park every week. In the past it was set up almost like a scavenger hunt. There were clues and activites and you never knew where you were going until the Friday before. There were major prizes at the end...like a $5,000 camping package from LLBean. Well this year there is no money so the rules are a bit laxed and I don't think there are any prizes.

    Anyway, this weekend is the "finale" and its a campout. I'll find out the location today at noon . I am so exited! first camping trip of the year.

    Have a great camping trip! Its kinda exciting you dont know where you are going yet, sounds like fun!

    Had a most fabulous time! I think it was the most fun I've ever had camping, and I camp alot!

    we went with two other families, all the kids got along, all the adults meshed nicely. the events were great, the campground was great. My son made a new "best friend". The freedom that a bicycle gives a 5 yr old...its just priceless!!

    This is the stuff memories are made of!
