Yeah Heather! I also have a pop-up and love it!!
We like to keep everything in the camper because it is so convient. I can't think of everything we have, but I will try to list what I can think of.
In the drawers, we have knives for cutting, etc. I also put old cooking utensils that we didn't need in the house like spatula, ladel, etc. We also keep hotdog and marshmellow sticks for campfires.
Matches
plastic wear
plates (cheap plastic ones from WM, not throw away ones)
bowls ( same as above from WM) I think they were $1 a pack.
Hand soap
antibacterial wash
cooking pans ( have a set I leave in there)
extension cords
pliers
wrench
small ax
chairs - They fit under one of the benches where the table is. We leave them in because we have plenty others.
For fun:
tiki torches
hanging lights
mat for front door
I can't think of everything.
I know in a tote, I store sheets and old towels. I do take these out because they have to be washed. I just store them in a tote so they are easier to grab.
If I think of more I will post.
I know you and your family are going to have so much fun and make lots of memories.~*Michelle*~

We had one of these when I was a kid and I loved it! Later on my parents bought a larger trailer to use but it never had the fun of that pop-up camper. I would suggest buying your supplies at garage sales. That way you can leave them in the camper.

We also had one when I was a kid. I have lots of great memories of it! WE have one on our "to get" list. We have to get back to the states and get a home first though

I would suggest a fire extinguisher, a smoke/carbon monoxide detector first aid kit..

I have a trailer, so I have a little more room to cram stuff in, but here's what I did.
SCOUR garage sales!!!
First...
think of all the things you *think* you'll need
knives
silverware
plates
a couple pans
measuring cups/spoons
etc.
Then when you make your meal plan, be sure to put on a list everything you're bringing from your "home" kitchen....so you can get those things at garage sales or thrift stores *OR* friends/family that are upgrading their kitchen stuff.
Within a couple of months, you ought to have 'bout everything in the camper & not have to pack kitchen & bedding.....just food & clothes.
don't forget towels, blankets, baby wipes, insect junk, matches, TP.
good idea to keep a little stash of feminine products, too.

oh, I forgot....you *may* want to somehow mark all the camper stuff so that when you bring it in to clean it (bedding, pots & pans to go thru the dishwasher, etc) you don't LEAVE it in the house.

we had one of these when i was a kid, but only remember using it in teh backyard one summer. my folks upgraded to a trailer later on. when we buy a house and have a place to park on, i want to get a pop up. i know we won't use a big trailer enough to have one, but i think we'd have a blast with a popup.
look around in the camping sections of target and walmart to get ideas of what you might need, and then look for those items at garage sales. you might be able to get some good deals at the end of summer when things go on clearance. won't do ya much good now, but could help for next summer.
my dad managed to back the pop-up into something so ours had an ever so stylish fiberglass patch on one corner.
