Candy Corn Scented Candles
My Sister does a lot of candles and I just wanted to share with you this tip.... I love her Candy Corn scented candles.... I asked where she got candy corn scent..... Well she melts candy corn right into the wax... They smell wonderful.... they smell like Halloween and Autumn.... When they are burning or not.....

my fellow CO DICTATOR I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in the middle of making these, melting them right into the wax, i don't know if i have too much or added too soon or what happened but they are in the bottom of the bowl all gross and gloppy (is that a word)? can you ask her if she adds them when the wax is totally melted or is this mess i am making right. Also what kind of wax i am using parafin, thanks darlin,

okay well instead of tossing the mess i made and it was a mess, i put them into jars and still waiting for it to harden. The candy is in the very bottom on glucky. i don't know making all kinds of new words up today. anyway so i will let you know how it turns out.

that is what i was doing i think too much candy corn is what happened i threw a couple of hand fulls in. LOL it is hardening now, I will let you know how it turns out. (I also tossed some more in after it was done too.).

i can't.
i already have the wick in and it is metal on the bottom. i didn't know if i could micro that wax though i do the soap. something i am going to have to work on. should be pretty kewl with all that candy in it though. have to try one later.

I mean microwave the candy corn... I would think it would look pretty nice with all of that candy in it..... I don't know... It works for her....

sorry, Dah Okay the supreme leader is lost, LOL they came out okay and i lit one smells good, no problem, but i have a lot of bubbles in them any ideas on that crafting goddess you.LOL

I am not a candle crafter, you are..... I don't know what causes bubbles...... I would think that the bubbles might look nice......

And eventually as you evolve from novice candle maker to experienced chandler, you'll, at some point, want to include in your "portfolio" a scented candle or two. So it doesn't hurt to talk about it now, even if it's a while before you actually make a fragrant candle.

How much candy corn do you put in? I've never made a candle before, but sounds interesting for a weekend project.
