Default How do I make candle tarts?

I want to learn how to make candle tarts, I've heard they are quick and easy without spending a fortune and would like to make these to give out on XMAS and in contests for my website.

As for molds I want to use hearts and lips (funny but true) and possible words like XMAS or DIVA stuff like that.

Can anyone help and point in the right direction, pretty please?
    Where to buy?, etc...

I am mystified about making tarts. They are cool since no wick is needed!
I found 2 links to some nices tarts:

    Frugal Mom~!!!

I made some tarts! I even melted an old container of candle wax in the oven and poured it into the tart mold.

I found the metal molds at Bed Bath and Beyond for .29 cents each, by the baking stuff near some cookie cutters.

I also found a tart warmer/melter at Walmart for 4.68, and then I had to buy the tealight candles that makes the tart melt!
I have bured the same tart 3 times so far, just let it harden and cool, and relight it.

I think this will make great X-Mass gifts as well!
Hope this helps your tart search!!
