We make this at Christmas time along with the other goodies. It is soooo good. We like the way the cracker cuts the sweetness just a little bit compared to 'real' tofee.

I just made a batch to take to our DND game. I used non-stick spray and it popped right out of the pan for me.

We had some extra butterscotch chips (about 1/4 cup) so I tossed them in with the chocolate chips... NICE!

And all of those crumbs left over after breaking them down... went right into my almost fat free, almost sugar free, high protein banana and peanut butter smoothie Yeah, real healthy aren't I?

    Christmas Crack... too funny !!

I've seen the recipe before but couldn't figure out how something so easy could taste as good as everyone says. I guess I'll just have to try it myself. So much for the diet... LOL.
