Toffee Bacon Nut Bark


Recipe Description
Bacon is candy! A combination that is sure to please
Preparation Steps:
Line a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with wax paper.

Time Needed:Ingredients:
2- 12 oz bags of Milk
Chocolate chips
1- 8 oz bag of
toffee bits

1.5 cups of nuts (I
prefer almonds or
pecans)

12 oz of bacon,
preferably the Maple
Kind

Large bit sea salt
Serves:Directions:
Cook the bacon until extra crispy. Drain and cool on
paper towels. Once cool, crumble into bits and set
aside.
Chop nuts and set aside

In the microwave and in a microwave safe bowl,
melt chocolate chips. Microwave them 20 seconds
at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate is
smoothly melted and liquidy. Do not over
microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the wax paper lined
pan. Tap the pan on the countertop to remove air
bubbles and spread the chocolate.
Top the chocolate with the nuts, toffee and bacon ,
press lightly if need be with the flat of your hand.

Sprinkle sea salt lightly over the bark, this is to
taste.
