    Has anyone ever tried this? It sounds interesting.

    I've made it, but the recipe I used called for the hard field corn cobs, not sweet corn cobs. My version tasted like peaches, very tasty.

    I assume BWB is boiling water bath. Never saw that acronym before though.

    Never heard of this. Was thinking it was jelly you put on corn cobs. Guess not. Pretty interesting.

    I have made it from the cobs of shelled field corn..It is really good...

    Guess I'll be trying it when our corn comes on if the deer don't get it first and it ever quits raining.
