    Default corn cob jelly

    Has anyone ever tried this? It sounds interesting.

    I've made it, but the recipe I used called for the hard field corn cobs, not sweet corn cobs. My version tasted like peaches, very tasty.

    That sounds really good. I'll be making it with whatever corn we can find - when it's on sale.

    I assume BWB is boiling water bath. Never saw that acronym before though.

    Never heard of this. Was thinking it was jelly you put on corn cobs. Guess not. Pretty interesting.
