Thanks for the article. Another forum I am a member of... we have a 'Celebrate Me' Day each month. It is on your birthday day. My birthday is January 8th, so each month on the 8th I am to do something just for me! I think it's a wonderful idea.

This comes at a good time for me.
i've been feeling pretty depressed despite the sunshine... and I wa feeling there wasn't any 'me' time.
always have to do something for someone else.
It's getting me down.
