    Default Interview on Tuesday....

    I work part-time as a cashier right now, but a manager position for mat leave has come up and my managers encouraged me to apply for it. Its a year long contract, fulltime hours and a nice increase in pay. The interviewer is a recruitment person from head office so its unbiased, and there are 5 people that have applied. Apparently from what I heard from the women who is going on mat leave, 2 of the applicants aren't being considered because of past job performance, so its a 1 in three chance of getting it!! Also, if the head cashier gets the job (which is likely) I still have a 50% chance of getting the head cashier job, which is also fulltime with a pay increase!!

    I like those odds!! Wish me luck!! I need this since we've been so tight since I lost my other fulltime job.
