    Default I got a job.

And I'm not thrilled about it....

I didn't want to go back to work. I like staying home. My dh insisted that I get a job.

It just so happened, that the Dr. office where I used to work was hiring. So, I called, told them I wanted to apply.lol

They called me right back today. I start on Thursday morning. Full time. My supervisor is going away on Thursday afternoon for a week and half, and I will be in charge of the two brand new girls that just started. They were so excited because they didn't have to train me.

baxjul - be thankful you were able to get a job. Thats something a lot of us are currently struggling with. On the flipside, I'm sorry you had to get a job if its not something you want to do.

Well, I am sorry you are not wanting to leave your homemaker position. I UNDERSTAND completely.

On the up side at least you will be in a familiar place with people who seem to value your skills.

Thanks! I am thankful! We really need the money, and I'll be bringing in close to $400/week. And I'm glad that it is at my old office, where I already know everyone!

This may be just what you need Julie, great for your self esteem and extra moola is nice too. How nice that they are so happy to have you back. I'm happy for you even if you aren't thrilled, yet.

    Congrats on the job.

Maybe you will change your mind about working when you have more money to do things with.....but a tough choice I am sure!

Let us know how you feel about it in a couple of weeks once you've had a chance to get used to the idea.

You are blessed to be able to slip back into a position that you know and be with people who know you and want you there!! Like most things, nothing lasts forever, so make the most of this!!

I hope it all works out well and that you're able to grow that extra cashflow and then both retire early.

Glad to see people here getting jobs. That's 4 this week I believe. ? For awhile everyone was just losing them.
You just need to readjust. I hate changes I didn't choose too. Soon you will get in a routine w/ the girls.
