Marketing job & Mtg Planner job: NW Chicago burbs
Hi all - My company, the Society of Actuaries in Schaumburg, IL, has two positions that just opened up:
Marketing & Communications Project Specialist and Meeting Planner- go to SOA - Society of Actuaries and click on careers, careers at soa, then scroll to the bottom of the page.
Our nonprofit company has very good pay and excellent benefits - 3 wks vacation to start, 11 vac days, 2 personal days, BCBS of IL Insurance, Dental, flexible hours, flex spending accounts - and they put the equivalent of 10 percent of your salary into a retirement account (not from your salary - they just give you that extra 10 percent) every month once you've been there a year. We've been around for 60 years and we've been hiring even during the recession!

I'll second that. It's wonderful that you would do that.
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
