Default Wish me luck, I'm applying for a job!

    Hi All,
A good friend of mine is leaving her job as the Branch Manager for our little library here in town. She wants me to have her job and left me an application for it. I called the main branch and talked to the lady in charge of the hiring there and she gave me the details on the hours, pay, etc.. It is only 2 days a week plus about 5 hours prep time that is also paid and I can do some of that at home. I told her about my experience working in libraries (put myself through college that way), teaching and designing reading programs as a Special Education teacher and now being a homeschool mom and guess what she focused on...the homeschooling. She told me that they found that the homeschooling moms make the best librarians because they are experienced with teaching to all levels, can multitask and usually know alot about books! I've got the application here and will be reworking my resume since it is clearly out of date. Anyway, wish me luck!!!! I won't know if I have the job until mid-August. I'm really praying I get it because our family needs some extra income to help pay for braces (for all 3 kids) and for upcoming college expenses for the 3 boys.
