    Default Are you "stuck" in your job?

    I just finished reading a great book or kicking your career into high gear - "Radical Careering". Its 100 modern job-related truths. My personal favorite: Being stuck in a crap job isn't your fault. Staying in a crap job is. Anyway, I thought it was really cool so I wanted to share the link to the books website -

    Hopefully if anyone's been thinking of revamping their career, this will be a source of encouragement, inspiration, and at least for me was a good kick in the pants to get my butt in gear! I tend to think of what I do as individual jobs, but this book focuses more on the whole picture - your "career" - and how you are ultimately in charge of it.
