got my 90 day review today

nevermind that it's 9 months late

i should have gotten it back in january, but they had to give it to me before they can do my yearly review which comes up in 2 weeks.
anyway, i got all goods and very goods on it. i think there were likes 24 items to be rated on and i had 8 very goods and the rest were goods. no excellents, but i know from being a manager that noone gets excellents, and no needs improvements or unsatisfactories. the manager that gave me the review said i had the most very goods out of all the others he had to do reveiws for. and he couldn't think of any weaknesses for me that needed improvment just to keep doing what i'm doing.
the interesting part will be to see who does my yearly review that is due in a couple of weeks. i have worked for 3 different assisstant mangers in the last year so who knows who will actually do the review.
yay me!

I had to laugh when I read this...You must work where I work! hahahaha

My boss did my last yr review 10 months late (2 months ago). I was actually impressed this year as my 2nd aniversary is tomorrow and she did this years review last Sunday...Will miracles never cease?
