    Question Why, oh why, did I ever agree to work today?

    I don't normally work on Thursdays, but work has been really crazy lately- I used to be in charge on my shift but gave it up a few years ago. The newest charge person just quit and nver said a word to anyone, so it has been really hectic and I have been filling in. I've been going in early and staying late, and now I should be getting ready but don't want to go. What WAS I thinking???

    I actually got a thank-you note and gift certificate from my new supervisor for taking care of a problem while I was at work Saturday. (I had to stay two hours late, but I was the on-call person for any problems, anyway, so I was really just doing my job.) I am LOVING my new supervisor, and she is a good influence on my old supervisor who branched off and isn't my direct superior anymore. (She actually said thank you to me for the first time in the four years since she became my supervisor!!!)

    Price Chopper, here I come! LOL
