Worth the wait!
Holy cow! I cannot beleive it. An old employer got ahold of me and offered me a job I could not turn down. I am going to be the SERVICE MANAGER at a dealership! Great pay, company car and gas allowance as well as a full benefits package. This is an unbeleivable opportunity, since honestly I am not entirely qualified for the job -- not enough experience. But anyway, he has faith that I can learn it quickly and is offering me hours that allow me to be home and have dinner with the girls every night despite an hour long commute each way. I get to drop them off at school every day too. So they will only have childcare for 2 hours a day -- not bad! Hooray!
