    Default An Opportunity

I just wanted to share the good news about an interesting opportunity. I work in a very small, close-knit industry (meaning there are only about 4 companies in my general area, and everyone who works at one knows someone who works at the other three, and we switch back and forth a lot) and was emailing with one of my good friends to keep in touch. She told me that her company was actually considering asking me if I'd do a part-time, maybe work from home kind of gig to support a specific niche product line that they have (I work in envelopes, and this company sells a line of gift card/credit card sleeve envelopes). I'm still chewing it over, but I think I'm going to let them know that I'd be interested sometime in January, and see what they have in mind. I've already had one offer to work for them before, but I chose to take another opportunity then.

Sara that would be great. You could work at home and still be with your little one.

I've always thought it would be nice to be able to work at home AND be there for my DDs. I hope things work out the way you want it to.
