I got a new job!! Woo-hoo!!
I'm so excited! I started my new job today!! Just got the call yesterday that I was chosen! The best part...it pays $2 MORE per hour than I was hoping for!
This means things won't be so hard while my hubby is going to college full time! Still tight...but not miserably tight like we were expecting. Woo-hoo!!

That's wonderful, Congratulations. May I ask what kind of a job it is? I am looking for work and always trying to gather ideas of where to apply.

Good luck on your new job!

Woooohooo for you! Hope you like your new job - the added money sure is a bonus too! I just got a new job too (started in Dec) It's closer to home - I'm excited about not going to the gas station and filling up twice a week like I used to. Good Luck!!

Congrats on your new job, too!!
I know what ya mean about saving on gas...it's 3.6 miles one way to my new job! Yee-ha!
It takes 9 minutes to drive when there's traffic! I'm likin' it!
Hopefully this will help in the gas/driving arena for us, too...my last job was just under 7 miles one way...

I went thru a staffing agency that I had temped for. They found the job for me...all I did was show up to interview. I've never had such an easy time getting work! It's at a trucking/shipping company... I'm administrative assistant to the General Manager and he's going to have me work into doing much of the dispatching, too. I'm excited!
