I got a job!
I started yesterday as a Caregiver at a senior assisted living complex. So far I like it and I'm doing a ton of walking all day. I've come home exhauted both days so far...my legs and feet aching...but I'll live
I work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 3 days a week right now. I may go full time....not sure yet. Just thought I'd mention it as I won't be around as much as I used to be.

Big hugs Joy! It means alot even on the days you don't think it does. Always remember that.

Congrats to you!!! Also, support hose help alot with tired legs (and you can wear them under slacks for the support, even if you don't have to have on "hose").

Good for you! I've done that before for a job and I enjoyed it a lot. If you can splurge, I highly recommend buying some dansko clogs. Your feet will love you for it.

Congrats!! You know.. I worked retail for years and I can't tell you how hard it was to be on my feet for eight plus hours a day at first, but by the time I left.. I could stand and walk all day and I mean all day and I was never fitter! Once again, congrats on the new job
