Finally.....

After all the hirings, trainings and then having to repeat the process due to people moving away I finally have 2 part time guys to help me out.....no more 60 hour weeks for me now, and no more closing

(or at least not as much). One of them works Monday & Friday 12-close and the other one works Wed-Fri 2-close. This is the first week that I don't have to close any, so I am still getting use to the idea that I don't have to be here from 7:45-7:15 2 day's a week and I can't sleep in any more on Tuesday's and Thursday's, but its great to be home well before dinner on the nights that Joe is off. Finally we can start cooking and eating as a family at a decent time instead, picking up to go food and not being able to eat until 8ish.

Thats great. I ahve have the same problem you had. But I have two in training and might just might be starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Glad to see you are out of the tunnel.
