FINALLY got to talk to the other store manager
She was so sweet, and told me she would be out at some sort of training for four days, but would be back Thursday (my day off), so she wants me to call her and meet with her then. I think this may work out. I hope so. Cross your fingers for me.

Are you still talking about the same company where you quit in an earlier thread? If so, that could be a good option if it would allow you to not lose benefits, salary, etc.
But, while it's good to play it safe sometimes, when you need to make a change, you just have to. Sometimes it takes being totally fed up to make you leave a place. Sometimes I feel like the frog that boils to death because he's been sitting in the water so long he doesn't notice the temperature change. There've been times I've put up with things just so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of finding a new job, getting trained, etc.
I left my school from last year and wondered if this new one would just be the same after all. It's the polar opposite. I have to say that it's probably my favorite school of all the ones that I've taught in. I hope that things work out as happily for you as they have for me.

I feel the same way you do, ImEmile.
I am right now at a job that I am scared to leave. I know how to do it and am good at it but I hate it. Also maybe a little lazy to get off my butt and find a diff. job.

Well, I've reached the final straw with this store at least. It's a long story, and I don't want to tell it here, because I don't know who reads this thing that may work or know someone. I have a friend who transferred from this store, and she said she just assumed that everyone in that department in every store was the same way, but she found out that at her new store, everyone is just so nice. She's very happy there.
I think when you start getting up in the morning dreading going to work, it's time for a change.
