    I duplicate CDs & DVDs, ship out product for meetings, do promo kits, print & ship out monthly newsletters, etc. for a ministry.

    I am the child care director for a church. I also am part of the child care staff. I mostly just work on Sundays. Sometimes I work on weekday evenings, maybe two or three times a month.

    In addition to working in the classrooms with the kids, I make sure there is always someone at the church to cover child care for whatever function is happening.

    I enjoy it. The plus side is, I am salaried AND paid by the hour. Salary is for the director position and hourly pay is for child care position.
