I can't snap out of it today! At work I was struggling not to screw up anything. Now, I need to get up off of this computer and DO something around this house! I just feel so lazy....

Less today than yesterday, but I've been having a hard time all week. I think my sinuses are contributing to it - like a lack of oxygen maybe?

I'm always tired because of the medication I take...but this week seems worse than usual. (I think it might be the mountain cedar that's in the air).

I'm usually tired at work because I'm bored and/or frustrated. Today was worse because I couldn't sleep last night. I need to find a new job!

I really have no excuse. I only teach 2 classes a week; today was one of them. And I was so sleepy. I didn't sleep well last night thinking of everything I needed to do. So today I paid for it. Fortunately I have great students who are exciting to be around, so that helped my lethargy.

i am glad i am not the only one.... i actually was sitting on the couch in the lobby and smacked my head off the wall cause i had fallen to sleep ..that woke me up REAL fast.
We actually had a lady fall to sleep at the desk one morning.. my manager kept trying to call .. finally came in to figure out what was going on.. she was sound asleep here head on the counter *lol* ... she wasn't to mad, because she understood because it was during christmas when we were SUPER SLOW!!
