Had an interview yesterday!!

It went really well I think. The problem is that the whole process is all techno. Meaning, first I had to fill out an online survey and rate the "personal traits" listed as whether i agree that I have that trait or not (there was like 100 of them). Then during the interview they asked situational questions (what would you do if...) then scored those questions, the answers are compiled and scored and averaged with the online score and if you fit into a certain percentile, then you get the job. I think that is so weird, but I guess that is where technology is going, a computer chooses you, not the person. If it had of been the person choosing me, I would be hired now, we got along really well! But, wish me luck I find out monday or tuesday!

Will be keeping my fingers crossed for you. How strange that they use a computer to actually choose who to hire. It sounds like you did really well, computer or no computer. Let us know what happens.

Hahaha ... scarily enough that sounds like what they did at walmart... they gave you a little sheet like you had at school and scanned it into a computer along with verbally answered Q's which were basically the same Q's as the test and compiled it together to see if you would be a good employee.

The whole time i was thinking Holly Crap any good con artist could get a great score on that just by lieing... and quite frankly if someone is dumb enough to say oh yes i would steal from an employeer on their little test they deserve not to get a job with the company!!
