    Smile I got a new job

    I'm really happy and relieved. I quit my job of 9 years last thursday and on saturday I got hired as a cashier at a grocery store. I took a bit of a pay cut, but it's still unionized and has decent benefits. There will be alot less stress too. Thanks to all who posted words of encouragement when I was worried about quitting.

    Do you get a discount at the grocery store? That would help offset the pay cut. I sure am glad you found a new job so quickly! Less stress is worth a LOT OF MONEY!

    I won't get an automatic discount, but there are lots of bonuses and incentives available for a job well done and good customer service.
