    Default Taco Twist Casserole

Cook beef and pepper til done, drain.
Add sauces and taco mixes , simmer on low 5 min.
In large pot you cooked pasta in (to save on dish washing, lol) mix pasta and sauce together, add 1 cup of cheese and all the sour cream.
Spray 13x9x2 pan (larger if you have it 17x ?) & pour mixture in . Top with remaining cheese and bake 350° for 30 min or until bubbly.

I like to add an 8oz can tomato sauce to top of casserole before I put cheese on if it looks a bit dry. Serve with extra sour cream if desired.

I'm doing low carb, but I soooo want to try it. It sounds delicious!
