Question What are you getting spouse/so for Christmas

Gabe and I usually do not exchange. We generally purchase a large group gift once the holidays are over though. We tend to buy things for each other throughout the year with not as much gift giving emphasis on holidays/occasions.

Jerid and I are the same. We have not exchanged gifts since our first Chistmas together 9 years ago!

I have no idea yet. Dave and I do not exchange gifts throughout the year, so we do a good amount for Christmas. I'm hoping this thread will give me some ideas.

Wow, I thought we were the only ones who don't exchange gifts. I know this year will be really tight because of purchasing the van, so I'm pretty sure it will be a Christmas with no gift exchanging. We often do this when the money is tight!!

We buy stuff all year long...cash of course. We are doing a major remodel this year and that is sucking up all of our money. So no gifting. That and he is Jewish so we don't celebrate anyway

We stuff each others stockings with things from the dollar store candy and other cheap trinkets and then if we have the extra money we buy each other a gift, but the stockings are the best part it started when we really had no money. Its just fun to see what each other comes up with

    Boxers
    3 cd's
    3 surfing dvd's
    1 other dvd
    Surfing magazine subscription (renewal)

    Pleasures cologne/after shave balm

Dh and I exchange gifts, some years we do more for each other than others. I am not sure at all what I am going to get him. Everything he wants is incredibly expensive!! I have asked him for a list of reasonable gifts many times, he says he is thinking about it!!

We do the stockings here too. It is fun to see what the other will stuff into it. Ours are knit ones and really stretch. They have the funniest shapes come Christmas morning!
