    Default fast and easy gifts

I always do some fast and easy gifts for my neighbors, the mail Lady, and a few friends. Here are some easy ones that don't cost much to make at all.
I add a tag, and the gift is done!

Big candy bar or candy cane —"Enormous Christmas wishes to you!"

Christmas potholders & dishtowel — "Hot" holiday wishes for you! Happy holidays!"

Snack mix — "Here is a "mix" of holiday wishes for you!

Starbursts — "We are "bursting" with wishes for you to have a "starry" bright Christmas!"

Poinsettia — "Our friendship is forever "blooming." Have a wonderful holiday season!"

Christmas taffy — "We're "pulling" for you to have a very merry Christmas!"
(with this one I buy a big bad of taffy, put it in zip lock bags and add the tag.)

Jug or bottle full of gum drops- "By gum your a great neighbor"

Home baked anything- "Baked with love for you!"

Bag of Hug candies- "A freind always knows when you need a hug!"

Bag, bottle, mug filled with candy- "Hope your Holiday is sweet!"

Homemade Bread- " S-breading some holiday cheer!"

Bag of popcorn- "just popped by to tell you Merry Christmas!"

Bottle of sprite- " May your Christmas be Merry and Sprite!"

A bag of mints- "Friends are worth a MINT!"

A jar of Jam- "May your Holiday be jammed with Love!"

Candle- "Best wishes for a bright and wonderful Christmas!"

Bag of M&M's- " Have a MERRY Christmas, and a MOST wonderful Holiday!"

Hot Chocolate in a mug- "Wishing you a warm Christmas season!"

Bag, bottle, jug, add some Hugs and Kisses candy- "Here is a hug and kiss for Christmas!"

Jug of rootbeer- "We are rooting for a happy holiday!"

Jug of mixed nuts- "We're nuts about you!"

Just some ideas, my family loves doing these for people for Christmas, they really are fun to put together and the kids love making the tags. I type them up on the computer and print them out. Then turn the kids loose with stickers or makers to make them even better.

Thanks! I will be doing some of these for the girls at work this year. We always do some type of a small gift exchange.

Glad it gave you some ideas. I love finding different ways to give gifts but keeping the "frugal" state of mind. Some call it cheap, I call it inventive!

Ok I pulled my list of these and here are a few more, I have gathered them for years and are not my own making but they sure are fast and easy and make really fun gifts. Hopefully some of you will have some of these in your stockpile and not even have to buy them! Always check the dollar store, they have great deals on candy, candles, cups, jars, boxes, and ornaments.

How about a jar of Jelly- jelly is like love - you can't spread it around without getting some on yourself! Merry Christmas.

Measuring Cup or Glass Measure - Wishing you Joy Beyond Measure.

Star ornaments - Remember the reason for the season.

Heart Ornament - May the Joy and Love you give away, come back to you on Christmas day.

Hershey's Hugs - A friend always knows when you need a little hug.

Candle - May your days be happy, your heart be light, your Christmas merry and the New Year Bright.

Calendar - Keep Christmas in your heart the whole year through.

Sparkling Cider - Wishing you a Sparkling Holiday Season.

Fruit Basket - May your New Year be Festive and Fruitful.

Sweet Treat of any kind - Wishing you a season filled with sweetness.

Snicker Bar - Don't "Snicker", just be glad you got Something.

Bubble Gum or Bubble Bath - May your holidays "Bubble" over with fun.

Bear shaped Honey jug - Have a Beary Sweet Christmas.

Jug of Eggnog - Have an Udderly Moovalous Christmas. (can also work with chocolate milk)

Muffins- You're getting "Muffin" for Christmas.

Divinity - May your Christmas be "Devine" and your Holidays so Fine! Sweet Christmas Wishes.

Fudge - "Fudge" a little on the calories and enjoy the Holiday Season.

Cake or Cupcakes - You take the "Cake" neighbor.

A bottle of Soda Pop - I'd "Soda" like to wish you a merry Christmas.

Donuts - "Donut" you know we love you???

    (Thinking here)
I love your ideas. I think that the cute tag helps "make" the gift.
