Omg I used to torture my kids with that song all December long.....
Everytime some little disagreement would break out, I'd burst into song (and I don't sing very well at all....

). It worked like a charm when they were young but I have to admit when they all got to be teenagers they'd do the

What do you do to aggravate and tease your kids that drives 'em crazy (but they 'sort' of like) ?

I'm seriously thinking about putting coal in my kids stockings this year! Dh says that is too mean!

They have been so horrible lately though, I thought it might whip them into shape!

We have tried threatening that santa is watching, it doesn't seem to phase them at all!

they have coal bubble gum and coal in baggies with poems at orientaltradingco.com!!! I got my kids that crap a few years back when they thought they could act like A$$' and get away with it!!
The gum turns their mouth black too ROFLMAO

If my kids start arguing, I blow the airhorn, then they are so deaf they cant really argue anymore LMAO they dont often argue, at least not in front of me!!

When I was 8, I got rocks in my stocking along with some other items, fruit, nuts, socks, etc. I cried and cried because of the rocks in my stocking. Well, it turns out, I got a rock polisher for Christmas and my mom thought it would be cute to put the rocks for the rock polisher in my stocking. She felt soooo bad.

ahhh....that is soo cute!

it is too late to irritate my son as he is too old. but the airhorn would have been great as he was such a nagger....he would keep it up til i was about to pull my hair out of my head..........wish i had thought of that.........lol you girls are too funny!!!

Anytime mine would start arguing with each other or me from about Oct. 15th on, I'd break out in the YOuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu better watch out thing......it always brought on the MOOOuuummm! thing but it actually worked most of the time....

Even when they got bigger.....snork, I'd get the looks and such but they'd usually break it up and move along..........LOL

Glad to know someone else does that! I really thought I was the only one that used that as a way to get them under control........the song seems to work well. Now that my kids are older they just look at me and grin, so it still works on the older ones too!
