Kid's Christmas Stories!
I just remembered a Christmas 3 years ago when, "Santa" brought our 6 year old (at that time) a brand new bike!!
So, I finished playing Santa and drug my tired butt to bed only to be woke at 3am by blood curdling screams, I jumped out of bed half asleep and panicked for my poor child, ran to the living room to find her screaming with excitement over that bike at 3am!!!
I explained to her it was too early to wake everyone so we both went back to sleep on the couch so she could see her bike while going back to sleep!!!
Wondering if anyone else has funny Christmas morning stories to tell about their lil ones?!!Proud wife to Randy

That is so cute! I don't really have any fantastic kid's Christmas stories. Two years ago, both our kids got scooters for Christmas. Santa couldn't wrap them, so he just left them fully assembled under the tree. DH and I woke up to the strangest noise coming from the living room.
The kids had gotten up, quite as mice, and were scootering from the living room into the kitchen and back. It was pretty funny!

Last year, Santa hid some presents in my closet to be wrapped.
I went upstairs one afternoon to check on Wesley when he was supposed to be napping. He wasn't in his bed and I started to panic, looking everywhere for him, when suddenly I heard the Little Einsteins toy that was hidden in my closet sayd, "FORTISSIMO!" followed by Wesley's giggle.
I went into my room and there was Wesley...sitting in my closet...playing with his presents.McD

When I was little (5 or 6) the only thing I asked for was the speak and spell. Well my mother was happy to get it for me. Except as she was wrapping presents late on Christmas eve, she realized... it was in Spanish! So Christmas morning, I didn't wake up to my speak and spell... but I did get a personalized letter from Santa explaining that he took off so fast it fell off the sled and my parents would be happy to get one for me the following day. He was so sorry, he gave me a scooby watch (which my mom got me anyway lol). I will NEVER forget that... I was happier with the personal letter from Santa anyway

I thought this was sooo cute..
Upon being asked by their teacher about what he wanted Santa to bring him more then anything a little boy in my son's 2 yr old preschool class replied "Cheese Its". She had the whole class color a picture of what they wanted and he actually colored Cheese Its. I thought to myself that his mom definatly has a no-pressure Christmas there

My funny kid story was when I was pregnant( 7 month) with my first. Hubby had not felt the baby kick yet.
Hubby and I woke up early (6 am LOL) and snuggled up together . Hubby commented about how this would probably be our last Christmas to get up late.
Right about that time my tummy leaped out and hit him in the belly.
He said "Why did you do that?" I smiled and said "I didn't."
He figured out it was the baby.
And said in a sweet voice said," Go back to sleep baby it isn't time for Christmas yet".
Baby started really squirming and Hubby was able to feel it all.
Finally he said to baby, "Okay, we will get up".
Family all called us late that year letting us sleep in on Christmas one more year. We let them know the baby woke us up early. LOL

I ordered personalized letters from Santa for the kids a couple of years ago. I figured it was my last chance to do that while I still had three who believed (I was right).
At the same time I ordered one for my newly married sister and BIL. I made sure it mentioned specific events from the wedding, particularly when he tried for a romantic dip but dropped her!
My kids really enjoyed the letter, but best of all was my sister being terribly confused about who could have sent her that letter.
