What was your children's favorite present?
What was your children's favorite present? Were there any dud ( flop) presents?
My Daughter's favorite present (okay presents -2) would be the hula hoop and the shirt with the sparkly scarf thing. We are on day to with the scarf as part of her outfit. No flop presents
Son's favorite hands down was his mp3 player. The flop present for Son was two really cool shirts that he loved in a size to small. We will try and exchange it.

My son really wanted a Spiderman costume. So, that is his favorite. He is on day two wearing it around the house.
My daughter is only 3. She likes pretty much everything she got. No real favs and no real flops.

DD's favorite gift was the makeup case w/ makeup I got her (designed for tweens). I was surprised though, I didn't think it would be that big of a hit.
DS's favorite was his new pajamas, lol.
There were no real flops, at least as far as I know.Starlight

For my boys, I think it would be a toss up between their Legos and the Wii.
The girls, who knows. They are teens and too cool to go ga-ga over anything

DD is seven. The funniest moment was when she pulled a tin cup (well it was actually aluminum), a pair of red mittens and a stick of peppermint candy out of her stocking. Think Little House on the Prairie...there were other stocking stuffers as well but those are the ones that were on top and she immediately understood the reference and loved it. I think she liked the Polly Pockets the best; the only other toy I gave her was a K'nex roller coaster, and she got a Scrabble game from my folks and seemed to like all of these.
I guess the closest to a flop would be the Bratz doll. As soon as she started opening it she said 'uh oh, Mom you aren't going to like this. She didn't ooh and aah over it, perhaps I've brainwashed dd sufficiently into not liking them either. Fortunately the girl who gave it to her, a twelve year old step-cousin who had visitation with her mother, wasn't actually there, and I tried to hush DD up so that word doesn't get back to the giver as I don't want to hurt her feelings.

Wesley's favorite is either the Imaginext pirate ship (played with it for 3 hours straight!) or the Little Einsteins laptop. He keeps telling me he is doing his homework.
The flop is the Little Einsteins that Santa thought he would love. Apparently nothing lives up to his beloved 'Lola' (pillow).McD

DD's favorite gift was her iTouch. Second favorite was Rock Band for the Wii.
DS's favorite gifts were the games for his 360. He got the newest Call of Duty game, NCAA Football 08, NBA 08, another guitar for his Guitar Hero game, and whatever Guitar Hero game he didn't already have. I think his second favorite gift would have to be the cash he got (around $125).
There were not any flops that I know of. Both kids thanked everyone repeatedly and seemed genuinely happy with all of their gifts.DD (19)

My son's favs were his PS2 system and his Nascar game for the XBOX360.
My youngest son loved his batman and robin imaginext set the most. I think the leapster came in 2nd.
I'm not sure what the girls favs were. They scored major stuff this year and still haven't opened it all yet.

I would have to say the fancy dress shoes I got her! She loves them and actually wears them around the house. They do have a bit of a heal on them which is ok, she is 13.....gosh they grow up so fast.
For my oldest DS it would be everything but he didn't get much but he did ask me for those items.
