Talking Your pretend Christmas dream gifts

Just for fun. First I would want one of every scent. That would be the first on my list.

A number of my favorite webcomics artists offer the original copies of each comic, signed, for a (sometimes hefty) price. Santa could blow through a few thousand dollars' worth without breaking a sweat and I'd still want more

a 3-5 carat white gold diamond tennis bracelet (the one in the pawn shop in Tomball i saw last week -anyone got 3000 bucks?)
a bulova 14k yellow gold watch
a professional painter to paint interior of house (this is achievable)
crabtree and evelyn rosewater perfume, powder and lotion (doable)
a heart shaped diamond solitaire in platinum size 9 (doable on Ebay)
helzberg diamonds two tone earrings to match the pendant i bought last year. (patiently waiting pawn shops and ebay for people to tire of jools)

    in your dreams, right?

edit: actually, all i would wish for this year is -- my best friends daughter is undergoing a mental breakdown and refuses treatment. my wish would be for her to become willing and seek treatment and the family to find peace.

edit: also, one of my high school students does not have enough to eat.

    11% gross to retirement
10% takehome to tithe and offerings
emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

If I were going to dream about what I'd love to get, solely for myself, I'd have to choose a new laptop. I don't need it, as mine still works, but it's SO slow. SOOOOO slow! Plus, I have to keep it plugged in all the time, so it kinda limits the whole fun of having a laptop you can take with you anywhere.

    You said to dream, right?

On a much smaller scale, I'd want a Karaoke game for the Wii and Pitfall for the Wii.

    My own tropical island.

Y'know, Bed Bath & Beyond discounts Yankee candles. They are seasonal and at the end of each season they put them on clearance to make room for the new ones.

    Talking

A 3 bedroom two story farmhouse with a wrap-a-round porch
    sitting on 40 acres.

Preferably with a large window in the living room that I could
hang a porch swing in front of (inside) and enjoy the view.
You have succeeded in life when all you really want is only what you really need.
