    Talking my christmas challenge

okay, starting today i have about 2.5 weeks to get all xmas gifts made & purchased.

I have a whole month off to do what I want to do.
Having been so busy the past year, I deserve this... but, I need to get a bunch of gifts made & a few bought.

Also, taking a small family trip for the holidays, I want everything done prior to that, so I can concentrate on enjoying myself & not worrying about last minute stuff.

So, my challenge for myself is to have made & bought all things on my list (which was done back in october) within about 2 weeks or so. That will give me about a week (or less) of time to finish up any last minute things (cleaning, packing, wrapping, receiving packages, etc).

    Here we go!

    Today, organize all fabric/yarn.
Make a written list I can tack off as I finish things.
Locate patterns for things I want to make & decide on specific patterns.

Figure out a some things to make ds (16).
    Name plate (plastic canvas)..
    Pillow w/initials??
    ...??

okay so yesterday i got half a scarf done, sewing fabric patterns cut, a couple more patterns for things to make chosen (hat, afghan) & one more recipe decided that I'll make as a gift.

ok half a blanket crocheted, a tablecloth sewn, another scarf ready to go, a dog toy made... and now planning on when/how to make cookies to store in fridge... maybe just make "coupons" to make.
