I'm getting ready for Christmas 2010, are you?
I've started making Christmas 2010 items already

I am working on a fabric re-usable advent calendar for myself and FDH so we can add our own chocolates to it
Here's the crazy part - Its 1am!

I have a pack of make your own cards too I am going to put together soon - when i can remember where the heck i put them.lol.
Is anyone else already made a start on Christmas items yet?Kelly & DH Alex ♥

great idea BC!! Hope to see pictures when You finish with it - chocolates not necessary for the pictures!!
I've been working on Christmas 2010 since Christmas 2009!! - I always do because I love carrying the idea of the holidays throughout the year!!
Like you, I need to make sure that I can remember where everything is!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Due to me being ill this past week I have spent most of the day busy crafting.
I have finished all my xmas exchange gifts
- Ive done 20 which i think will be enough.
I made 5 christmas cards from a set i bought on sale after christmas.
I did a little more work on my advent calendar.
I'll see how i feel tomorrow after work and see if i can do more.Kelly & DH Alex ♥

We're still in the midst of deciding what Christmas is actually going to be this year. MIL said she wants to scale it back except for the kids. I don't really mind too much.
I do need to make a list and see what I can get people that isn't going to cost me a ton. Extended family is easy but it's immediate family that's tough to buy for. DH is easy, as is SIL. It's MIL and FIL that I have trouble with. BIL isn't too bad and my niece Stella would love just about anything, so I'd planned on buying her some education toys for 1+.
My kids are pretty simple. DS6 wants nothing but Mario and Luigi stuff and DS11 likes anything that you give him. But the trouble is that DS11 will play with it for about a day and then be bored.
I figure if I start on the list now, I'll have everyone's done and be able to get the pick present (we do a blind gift exchange every year) way before December.Wife to DH since 10/31/2002!

I am thinking of getting gifts now, if i see something I know will be ideal for someone I will get it, spread the cost over the months.
