did anyone buy new lights? or do you know.

how many strings of lights you can run off each other. I thought it was three but the idiot DAH seems to think you can run as many as you would like. Say 8!!!!!!!!!! I just want to knock him up beside the head sometimes. HE IS SO STUPID!!!!!!!!! sorry to rant if you know the answer please let me know.Yes i am talking about christmas tree lights. Sorry.

Hubby says its not safe to run more than 3 strings of 100 or more lights. The first string at the plug will overheat and become a fire hazard.

thanks when he leaves the room i am going to fix it and run them seperately. I really couldn't deal with a house fire!!!!!! he is so DAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
