Do you gain the lbs over the holiday?
Or do you maintain? I have always gained it in the past because this is the one time of year that I really pig out on the goodies. I am so good all year and then BAM! LOL. But I usually gain at least 5-10 lbs, then loose it within a few months. I am trying to be good this year and am Going to Curves one extra day a week. So far so good. How about you?

I didn't gain any over Thanksgiving so I guess I'm doing pretty good, now to get through Christmas without gaining any. I'm not fixing as much food this Christmas especially cookies so that should help some.

I'm the type that if I eat a Mcdonalds value meal and an ice cream cone in the same week, I can gain weight.
I typically gain 5 lbs during a holiday, so come January I would find myself sometimes up to 10 lbs heavier, but it would come off by the February.
This year who knows. I keep telling myself that there is no way I could be any heavier than I am now. LOL

I think this whole fall and winter i have gained tons of weight. i think because i am so unhappy. so I am going to try not only not to gain but to start doing some exercise even if it is only a few minutes a day. and then start taking it off in January.

i probably won't gain too much this christmas because we are only going to my inlaws, and i'll be nervous to eat much of anything there, because i hate eating around people i'm not comfortable around..
I'm not buying any special treats, and the regular ones I am still eating in moderation
but we'll see what happens
