Question Are you expecting a free Christmas turkey from your place of employment

Years ago we use to get one and it sure was appreciated. When dh worked at the job he was at for 20 years, he didn't once get a turkey. He did get a nice ham once.

    How about you?

Hubby's company offers a choice of turkey or ham. We always pick the ham. Sometimes guys leave early and GIVE their gift away. once hubby came home with 3 turkeys EXTRA.

Dh's employer used to give us a choice between a turkey and a ham. Now we get a $25 gift card to Wal-Mart. At least we did last year. I don't know about this year.

Dh's job used to throw a big party and everyone got something including a christmas bonus, now they don't anymore, last year they gave him a smoked turkey, usually they don't give anything but the day off.

We get a small turkey each year. They are the perfect size for frying. It is not much but better than nothing.

1'st year we got a gift basket. Last year we got $25.00 at Albertsons Grocery Store.

I am hoping for the $25.00 at Albertsons again. I love free Christmas Dinner!

Dh's company doesn't do this. You never know what they're going to give. This year dh got a new tool box and a gc to Sports Authority (we don't shop there *sigh*).
