I got about $75 between gift cash and selling a few things on CL, and there is nothing I really want, so I'll probably put it towards stockpiling a few things in the pantry

I imagine the cash will just go into the checking account, to be put towards the usual. I did receive a couple of gift cards, which will likely be put towards boxers and socks.

I spent $20 on two things for myself today. Both half off at Walmart. The rest will be going on a couple of bills that I want to get rid of.

Cash received will be paying off the credit card and the rest straight into savings account at the bank. I always pay off the credit card every month if I have any balance on it.

Well, ours went into envelopes.
$200 towards meat purchases to restock the freezer
$100 for the business/home tax program
$100 and our gift cards for $60.00 to Longhorn (already used) and $50 for Applebee's put into our "date" night envelope.
That's how it went. I'm very excited about the cards and date money.

Oh that's a good idea! To put the gift cards in the envelopes themselves. How great! I never did that before when we were working through the DR baby steps, but I'm going to start doing it now (I've sort of slacked off on the envelopes of late but need to get back into the habit). Enjoyed reading this thread. . . .

Will likely use part of mine for perfume or a massage or nice haircut (i.e. not at a walk-in type place)...something along these lines that I want but wouldn't normally spend the money on. The rest goes to savings.

I got $100 and I used it to buy some stuff at Target - just general things I needed and then some 50 percent off holiday stuff. Presents for my nieces for next Xmas, stocking stuffers, presents for my nieces for their b-days coming up. I got great deals.
Goals:
Lose 25 lbs (exercise at least 3 times/wk/eat healthy)
Spend less
Save more $ in ES
